Create Pensacola was founded in 2018 by Kasi Calvin. We specialize in custom embroidery and garment printing. Kasi formerly was the General Manager for Embroidery Station inside Cordova Mall for 15 years. Before that, he was lead designer for the oldest print shop in Pensacola, Compu-Graphix. Kasi is a Pensacola Local UWF alum and has over 20 years experience in the industry.  

We can print on a variety of t-shirt materials including cotton, polyester, and blends.

We accept most file formats. For garment printing, we prefer 300 DPI or higher .PNG with a transparent background or any native vector format.

Yes! Drop offs are done Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM

No appointment is needed. If you aren't sure about how to proceed with an order or need tips for design, in-store consulations with our printing expert are encouraged. 

Generally, single items dropped to us or stock items chosen in store have a 1-3 business day turnaround depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing at the order date.

Bulk orders 12 pieces or more have a 7-10 business days turnaround.

Super bulk orders with special order items larger than 72 pieces have a 10-14 business day turnaround.
